Join the wonderful Food amp;Beverage Team for our Belmond, Caribbean properties in this amazing opportunity! We are inviting applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of Food and Beverage Director. We are looking for a professional Food and Beverage Director to be responsible for managing all Famp;B operations and for delivering excellent guest experience. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Other Job duties include:

The Food amp; Beverage Director for Cap Juluca, A Belmond Hotel, Anguilla, functions as the strategic business leader of the Food and Beverage operation, including Restaurants/Bars, Room Service, Banquets/Catering and Pool/Beach.

Responsible for delivering the Food amp; Beverage related activities and in achieving or exceeding the hotel targets in terms of guest satisfaction, quality assurance and financial metrics.

Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.

Manage all Food amp; Beverage and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.

Lead Food amp; Beverage Team by selecting, recruiting, training, and appraising.

Identify opportunities and develop solutions to enhance the performance for all Food amp; Beverage aspects and operation.

Responsible for monitoring and assisting the smooth functioning of the daily service.

Comply with health and safety regulations.

Be able to align with our philosophy of creating authentic and unique experiences for our guests.

Create, monitor and enforce restaurant policies, targets, and KPIs.

Requirements

A four-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.

Five years’ experience in the food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area with a proven track record of outstanding results in an equivalent position in a luxury hotel.

Excellent emotional intelligence, interpersonal, influencing and team building skills.

knowledge and experience with forecasting, budgeting, labour management and purchasing to ensure maximum productivity.

Excellent skills of problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Understanding market dynamics, enterprise level objectives and important aspects of the company’s business to accurately diagnose strengths and weaknesses, anticipate opportunities and risks, identify issues, and develop strategies and plans.

Align individual and team actions with strategies and plans to drive business results
