The Sous Chef for Pimms Restaurant, Cap Juluca, A Belmond Hotel, Anguilla, will be responsible for the daily management and food production of the Pimms Kitchen, ensuring maximum quality and profitability while working closely with the Chef de Cuisine to plan the production and development of seasonal and signature offerings. Assist with the training of staff for them to direct their efforts toward exceptional and complete guest satisfaction, employee productivity, compliance to brand standards, and hotel profitability including a concentrated focus on Forbes Travel Guide Service and Leading Quality Assurance Standards. Must have the ability to exceed Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards (+90 Points) and Forbes Travel Guide Five Star standards by ensuring quality, attention to detail, and driving of Belmond brand standards throughout the operation. The coming year will have tremendous focus placed on Forbes, LQA, and Belmond brand standards and maintaining our newly acquired Forbes Five Star rating is essential.
