Job Description
We are inviting applications from suitably qualified people to fill the position of Senior Food and Beverage Manager, at Cap Juluca, A Belmond Hotel, Anguilla. Reporting to the Director of Food amp; Beverage, the Senior Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for maximizing profits of Belmond Cap Juluca’s front-of-house Food and Beverage operation, including Restaurants/Bars, In-Room Dining, Banquets and Beach amp; Pool.
Requirements
Responsible for ensuring the highest level of service by overseeing all aspects of service to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and property employees.
Exceed Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards (+90 Points) and Forbes Travel Guide Five Star standards by ensuring quality, attention to detail, and driving of Belmond brand standards throughout the operation.
Control cost of all food and beverage outlets by assisting management in purchasing, maintaining effective profit and loss control and monitoring labour costs following demand patterns, budget, and local labour laws.
Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity.
Conduct performance appraisal of designated staff as required.
